Beneville’s Rule*
My friend Casey Beneville is the only person I know who has politely asked a van full of Costa Mesa Police to stop while he proceeded to light off an illegal firework in the middle of the road. Of course he didn't know at the time that the van was full of cops, but it made for a great story, not to mention a sweet ticket.
