Wes Anderson’s newest film, The Darjeeling Limited, has a trailer on Apple’s Quicktime Trailer site. HD or SD. It definitely has the familiar actors, camera work, and quirky subtle humor of his prior films, but perhaps something went over my head when I watched it. I was got more excited from his American Express ad than this trailer, but I don’t want to judge the movie based on these two and a third minutes of film. I guess I will just have to wait until I see it to give it my approval.
Someone recently asked me what my favorite film of all time was and I didn’t have an answer. Not because I couldn’t think of one, but because it is so difficult to narrow it down to one film. It changes with my mood and my life. I think I have a set of about 6 movies or so that fill my favorite movies of all time list. One of those movies is Rushmore by Wes Anderson.

Wow. That’s a whole lot of hotness in one scene. Even if they are messed up. Seriously though, I’m looking forward to this movie (and not because of what I just said).
Its like asking what your favorite band is… Just a stupid question really. I mean, if you can seriously pick, one movie or band then i dont think you have really watched enough TV or listened to enough music…
But i have to say Bloodsport and Under Seige would top ANYONES list when it comes to films….
