I am about to go to bed. If I should die in my sleep, don't bother running an autopsy. The cause of death will be from eating too much damn chicken and waffles, macaroni and cheese, and biscuits and gravy before bedtime. I feel like crap.

My stomach hurts so bad. I feel like i’m going to die.
This morning I felt the effects of what I will call toxic food shock syndrome ala Roscoes chicken’n waffles’n corn bread’n macaroni’n cheese.
im never going to try that after reading these comments
i think i was partially sick from the food on wednesday, but i also think i had a really bad anixety attack yesterday too; which is a great story in its self that i’ll probably never tell.
i’ll go back to roscoe’s; just not half a chicken.
