I went to the New Beverly today with some friends to see the Kill Bill Double Feature: The Whole Bloody Affair. Today is Quentin Tarantino’s birthday, and to celebrate, he was there to introduce and watch the film. It was only the 3rd time ever, that this particular cut had ever been seen, and the first public screening ever. It was the cut that was shown at Cannes Film Festival back in 2004. There weren’t too many new scenes, and whatever scenes were allegedly cut out, I can’t remember, but the fight scene between Beatrix Kiddo (The Bride) and the Crazy 88 was in full color and seemed to have a few extra gratuitous shots. However, the rumor of there being a longer animation sequence was false, or at least to my memory, it was no different.
Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair03:21:11 – FedEx Delivery
This is how my package arrived today, dripping wet and smelling of mildew. Surprisingly the contents within it were still ok.
I thought I would try to do my first post with my iPad today. This picture was taken on my iPhone but modified and edited on my iPad on an app called Phoster. Unfortunately the WordPress app keeps crashing when I try to add a photo from my library so I had to post this from my computer.
03:18:11 – My New iPad
I ordered the new iPad the night it was released for sale online. I actually bought 5 minutes before it was even scheduled to be released. Maybe that was my problem, because one week later and it is still sitting in Hong Kong according to Fed Ex. What the shit? I orded this iPad earlier this week and it arrived today. I guess it will have to do for now.
